The programme will prepare you to take on sustainability-related responsibilities. You will understand the scope and learn the tools that will help you integrate sustainability in your company’s operations, all in the context of the existing ecosystems in Singapore and the green plans ahead.

Building a Foundation for Sustainability

These modules forms the foundational knowledge for understanding sustainability and its practical applications.

Module 1 – Sustainability is a Must
Module 2 – Waste Management & Circular Economy
Module 3 – Implement Sustainability in your Operations

In Module 1, learners are introduced to key sustainability concepts, the significance of ESG criteria, and the importance of biodiversity. They also explore materiality assessment to identify relevant sustainability issues.

Module 2 covers waste management, circular economy principles, and sustainable packaging, equipping learners with solutions to reduce environmental impacts.

Module 3 focuses on implementing sustainability in operations, encompassing energy optimization, responsible supply chains, procurement practices, and managing the digital footprint.

Together, these modules provide learners with essential insights and tools to initiate sustainable practices within their organizations.

Advancing Sustainable Practices

These modules touches on the advanced phase of the Sustainability, where learners delve into sophisticated topics to achieve sustainability excellence.

In Module 4, learners develop decision-making skills with a sustainability perspective, including sustainable accounting, finance, climate risk management, and decarbonization strategies.

Module 5 prepares organizations for sustainable transformation by addressing sustainable HR practices, Change Management, and employee engagement. Learners gain skills to drive meaningful change within their organizations.

Module 6 focuses on governance and sustainability strategies, empowering learners to integrate sustainability into their organization’s framework. They also learn about sustainability reporting for effective communication and mitigating greenwashing risks.
