To equip retail service staff with the essential skills and competencies to supervise selling strategies amongst employees to close sale of products and services to meet customer satisfaction and recommend complementary products and services to the customers for additional sales by identifying customer’s verbal and non-verbal cues.

Course Description

  • Determine customers behaviors and buying motivations as well as operate Point-Of-Sales (POS) terminals in the workplace efficiently to close and process sales.
